it was like gravity was pulling me down harder and faster.
I couldn’t bring myself to stand still, couldn’t bring myself to pull up.
In your eyes, I finally saw a glimmer of hope. Hope that one day we would have a chance to be together. That one day, we could hold hands just like you did with Stella.
You gave me a bar of chocolate, and I haven’t even eaten it yet. I wish to cherish it, because you handed it to me.
I don’t know what you were thinking…I wish I did.
You smiled at me too, and I felt like the luckiest girl in the world. I felt like I had everything in this world and more.
Why do you make me feel that way? Why can’t you just take a step closer to me…and closer…and closer…and just hug me tight?
We may be strangers today, but I am certain, that tomorrow, we will be something more.
