Member-only story
I would like to lay down on the green grass,
and point to the million twinkling stars,
I would like to close my eyes,
knowing that all the promises kept in our little jar,
will one day be fulfilled —
will one day be broken —
will one day be torn into pieces.
Life without your presence in my mind,
is like the earth without water —
I crave for your love,
your hands on my waist,
your smile that dances with me in the night.
Let the stars that we count,
be a witness to our love,
be a judge in our contract,
and be a guide to the path that we’ve decided to choose.
A/N: This poem is for the one I truly love. Sometimes, I wonder if I’ll ever meet that person or not, if we’ll ever have a life together or not, but then I soon realize that God always tells us to be hopeful, to always Trust Him and so I will.
